

The Southern Worcester County Educational Collaborative’s Center for Independent Living and Learning which opened in January of 2001 is offered to secondary aged students who attend programs within the collaborative.
In this program/center a small number of students receive intensive instruction two days per week in the area of life skills activities. Some areas addressed are: meal preparation and shopping, housekeeping, community awareness and social skills.
The center is located in Southbridge, Massachusetts and is operated by Occupational Therapists assisted by Speech and Language Pathologist and Physical Therapists when needed.
