A CORI form must be completed upon accepting a position in the district, in addition to payroll-related paperwork. A CORI form must be completed with the application. We do not accept photocopies or faxes of completed CORI forms. A government issued photo id, (driver's license, valid passport) must be shown when you are completing a CORI request.

Permanent substitute provides support to The Grow Elementary School. Duties include covering classes, filling in for absent teacher and potentially support for lesson planning. Permanent substitute teacher is member of behavior support team. Candidate should have DESE teaching license and successfully complete provided physical management training.
Tutor provides instructional and behavioral supports to assigned students within the classroom and school setting. The Grow School is a DESE approved therapeutic day school in the Southern Worcester County Educational Collaborative. Candidate must complete CORI, fingerprinting and physical management training.
Adaptive Physical Education Teacher provides services to SWCEC Developmental Programs (medically fragile and autism), Grow School (an approved public day therapeutic school) and contracts with member districts as assigned. Duties include consultation, assessment, IEP development, progress reporting and provision of services in PE, Health and APE. Strong communication skills and ability to work within varied environments in SWCEC programs and member district programs necessary. DESE license in PE, Heath, Special Education preferred. Candidate will complete CORI, fingerprinting and physical management training.
Special Education Assistant at SWCEC works in self contained classroom serving students with autism and other neurological disabilities. Duties include implementing instruction, implementing behavior support plans, collecting data, conducting individual discreet trials and supporting life skills development. ABA technician, knowledge of behavior management and ability to successfully complete physical management training is necessary. Possession of a 7D license is preferred. CORI and fingerprinting required. This is a 210 day position with benefits aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
