A CORI form must be completed upon accepting a position in the district, in addition to payroll-related paperwork. A CORI form must be completed with the application. We do not accept photocopies or faxes of completed CORI forms. A government issued photo id, (driver's license, valid passport) must be shown when you are completing a CORI request.

Elementary Principal at DESE Approved Public Therapeutic Day School. Grades K-5/6. Principal is instructional leader of building. Duties include, but are not limited to curriculum leader, instructional leader, educator evaluation responsibilities, and special education process support. Astrong background in special education, especially students contending with mental health, behavioral and autism disabilities, is preferred. The Grow Elementary School Principal is part of the Southern Worcester County Educational Collaborative (SWCEC) Leadership team. Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple sending districts and families through the student referral process, highlighting the benefits of collaborative programming is important. Completion of CORi, fingerprinting, and physical management training necessary. DESE Licensure is required.
Special Education teacher is teacher of record for math and science courses in The Grow School. Lesson planning, curriculum design, assessment and IEP development among duties. Work as part of a team within The Grow High School. A DESE approved therapeutic day school as part of The Southern Worcester County Educational Collaborative.Appropriate DESE licensure required.
Special Education Teacher in a DESE approved therapeutic day school in the Southern Worcester County Educational Collaborative. Teaching responsibilities include IEP development and implementation, instruction and support of behavioral and mental health needs of students as part of a team. DESE licensure required. Candidate will be required to complete CORi, fingerprint and physical management training.
TVI is responsible to screen referrals for functional vision performance, administer a Functional Vision Assessment and Learning Media Assessment and make appropriate recommendations, participate as a team member, contributing to appropriate portions of the Individual Education Plan, maintain appropriate recorded and documentation and provide direct instructional services with visually impaired students as outlined in the IEP. SWCEC TVI provides services, as needed, to students attending member district programs. Travel within member districts required. DESE licensure required. Successful CORI and fingerprinting necessary.
