

The transportation department of the Southern Worcester County Educational Collaborative provides transportation services for students with a wide range of individual special needs.
Currently, the Southern Worcester County Educational Collaborative Transportation Department is providing transportation for five Collaborative member districts consisting of 73 students ranging in age from 3 to 22. These students are attending 18 different public and private special education programs throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. Transportation is provided to students attending day schools, after school programs, residential programs and summer sessions.
The Southern Worcester County Educational Collaborative’s transportation department consists of a fleet of 19 vehicles, three of these vehicles are lift vans. Drivers must maintain their student transport license (7D) with the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles as required by law.
