Transition Job Alike

Join colleagues from across the region for a Transition Job-Alike focused on strengthening postsecondary outcomes for students with disabilities. These sessions will provide opportunity to share best practices, discuss challenges, and align strategies that support students in achieving success in education, employment, and independent living. In addition to peer collaboration, meetings may include presentations from invited experts who offer practical strategies, innovative ideas, and current perspectives related to the profession.
Nathan Brodeur - a member of the SWCEC team since 2013 and has served as a Transition Specialist since 2019. He is a CAGS level Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and holds both Transition Specialist Endorsement and School Adjustment Counselor licensure from DESE. In his role, Mr. Brodeur works closely with several member districts, providing consultation and support for career readiness and transition programming. His expertise and collaborative approach help schools strengthen services that prepare students with disabilities for success in postsecondary education, employment, and independent living.
